1. Returns and Exchanges

1.1 Return Period
Customers may request a return within 48 hours from the date of delivery. To qualify, products must be returned in their original condition with all packaging intact.

1.2 Exchange Period
Exchanges can be requested within 72 hours from the date of delivery. All items must meet the same condition requirements as outlined for returns.

1.3 Return & Exchange Condition
To be eligible for a return or exchange, products must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by all original tags and packaging. If the plastic seal or product tag is tampered with, broken, or damaged, no return or exchange will be accepted under any circumstances. Items showing signs of wear or missing tags will not qualify for a return or exchange.

1.4 Reverse Pick-Up Services
We provide reverse pick-up services for your convenience. A reverse shipment fee of Rs 100 will be deducted from your refund per order, regardless of the number of items within that order. If your order contains multiple items, only one deduction of Rs 100 will be made for the entire order.

1.5 Pick-Up Attempts
Reverse pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to collect the shipment, you will need to return the product(s) to our address at your expense. Please note that reverse pick-up is subject to availability based on your area’s pin code.

Products must be returned in the same condition as received. Items that are returned in poor condition or appear to have been worn will not be eligible for a refund.

Please allow up to 7 days for the return to be processed and for the refund amount to be reflected in your bank account. Note that refunds or bank transfers are applicable only for prepaid orders or online payments made on our website.
